How I cater to Offbeat Brides

I love working with offbeat couples! In fact, this past year at least 60% of my clients were from OBB! When I book an Offbeat Bride couple, I know it’s awesomeness in the making.

My ultimate goal is to photograph weddings where the event is truly about the couple and their love, with all the quirks that might bring along with it. If your day involves rainbow colored dresses, light sabers, tattoos and flame dancers, then bring it on. If it involves something more white dress traditional, then that’s ok too. If your event is a city hall elopement or huge formal affair, I’m on it. I love photographing people being themselves, having fun, and celebrating their love, no matter what that looks like! I will capture you being YOU, while making sure you have an amazingly good time in the process!

Additionally, I try to use my creative powers for good!

I donate a portion of my photography profits each year to various social justice causes and initiatives. That list has included organizations like East NY Farms, Doctors Without Borders, and the Human Rights Campaign.

I run as green a business as possible. The primary lab I use is a fully certified Forestry Stewardship Council printer.

I’ve been approved by SoYou’reEnGAYged.com and make sure all my material is gender neutral.

I love to travel! Though I’m based in Brooklyn, I will definitely come to you wherever your event may be. I offer a special travel discount on any wedding in my hometown of the Twin Cities, MN.
